Senior Java Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Engineer to join our backend engineering team. In this role, you will architect and implement high-performance, scalable enterprise systems. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver backend APIs, business logic, and integrations for critical business applications. Ideal candidates should have deep knowledge of Java and strong experience in microservices, RESTful APIs, and enterprise system design.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust backend applications using Java (Spring Boot, Jakarta EE)

• Design scalable microservices and ensure high system availability

• Implement and optimize REST APIs, business logic, and data access layers

• Work closely with DevOps teams to support CI/CD and cloud deployment

• Conduct code reviews, write unit/integration tests, and uphold coding standards

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architecture decisions

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of professional experience in Java development

• Proficiency with Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, and related technologies

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Solid understanding of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle)

• Strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of software architecture

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
