Microsoft CoPilot Consultant

We are looking for a highly skilled Microsoft Copilot Consultant to support the design, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft Copilot across Microsoft 365 applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft 365, AI integration, user experience strategy, and training enablement. This role bridges business needs with modern AI-powered productivity solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Consult on the integration of Microsoft Copilot across apps like Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, and PowerPoint

• Customize Copilot settings and permissions based on enterprise roles

• Support training and change management for end-users

• Analyze productivity and performance outcomes using AI-enhanced tools

• Collaborate with IT, data governance, and security teams to ensure safe and compliant deployment

• Stay up to date with new features, roadmap updates, and Copilot enhancements

Requirements:

• 3+ years working with Microsoft 365 products (with hands-on experience with Copilot a strong advantage)

• Strong understanding of Power Platform, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft Graph API

• Experience in user training, documentation, and AI solution consulting

• Microsoft certifications (MS-900, PL-900, or AI-102) preferred

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
