We are seeking an experienced Gender Equality and Disability Inclusion Specialist to lead the design and implementation of inclusive programs, policies, and training initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gender and disability rights, program development, and stakeholder engagement. You will play a key role in advancing equitable access, reducing discrimination, and fostering inclusive environments in line with international standards and best practices.
Responsibilities:

Design and implement gender equality and disability inclusion strategies

Conduct assessments and provide policy recommendations

Train staff and partners on inclusive practices

Monitor and evaluate inclusion outcomes across projects

Collaborate with HR, program teams, and external stakeholders

Ensure compliance with local and international standards (e.g., UN CRPD, CEDAW)
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in gender, disability, or inclusion-related roles

Deep knowledge of human rights frameworks and inclusive development

Experience in training, facilitation, and advocacy

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience working in NGOs, government, or international organizations preferred
