Analyze and study the workforce and determine the actual quantitative, qualitative and future needs of jobs.
- Conduct job interviews for positions of judicial agents and administrators and determine the suitability of candidates for the job.
- Preparing employment contracts for candidates for private contracts and administrative positions.
- Conducting termination interviews for the positions of judicial authority agents and administrators, determining the reasons for leaving the service and developing the necessary solutions.
- Approving job turnover reports and making appropriate recommendations.
- Study the recruitment procedures provided by the entities with similar activity and develop the regulations in force in the department.
- Participate in the analysis of the budget of the movement of jobs monthly in accordance with the decisions of appointment, termination of service, transfer and promotions.
- Conduct security screening and background checks on all candidates for work, in accordance with the laws and policies of the Government of Dubai.
- Audit the appointment documents and ensure their compliance with the approved procedures.
- Analyze the observations contained in the follow-up forms of new employees and prepare the necessary development programs.
- Participate in organizing the Department's participation in employment fairs.
